☼ SUMMER 2026 ☼
St Margaret's Churchyard in Rottingdean is an historic Sussex burial ground holding several famous figures. The most notable include Pre-Raphaelite artist Sir Edward Burne-Jones, author Enid Bagnold ("Black Beauty"), the legendary blues guitarist Gary Moore and famous music hall artist G. H. Elliott.
Lots more fascinating information on the next tour led by village archivist Mike Laslett and Bob Smale, takes place at St. Margaret’s Churchyard (opposite the village pond)
on Wednesday 19 August at 1pm.
No advance booking is required, just turn up.Suggested voluntary donation is £3.00.
